What are the photo options?
Depending on which booth you choose, we can do photo strips or 4×6 prints. We have green-screen technology to apply and background image you want.
How many people can fit inside the Photo Booth?
Our Enclosed Booth accommodates up to 4 people and our Open Booth can accommodate up to 10 people! It depends on how much room your venue has available and which options you choose.
Is the Photo Booth easy to use?
Yes! The touch-screens built-in to each booth is easy to use and requires only one-touch to start the photo process.
Will you have someone there to maintain the booth during our event?
Yes. We will always have at least one attendee on-site at ALL times to help the guests through the booth and offer props. You can request more attendees if you would like.
Where do you go?
We will service a 35-mile radius from downtown KC at no charge. $1/mile charge beyond that.
Do you provide props?
Yes. All events will come with props. If special props are requested we can provide those or the event hosts can bring some as well.
How much time is needed to setup the Photo Booth?
We usually arrive one hour before guests start to arrive to set up.
Can we personalize the pictures?
Absolutely! We have many options regarding the photo strips. We can put names, dates, as well as themes and photos on each strip.
Why should we have a Scrapbook?
We encourage all of our customers to purchase the photo scrapbook. It is put together by our attendee as the event goes on. It is signed by each guest that goes through the booth so it creates a great keepsake for the event host.
Do we need any electrical requirements?
Just a 120v outlet to power our booth.
How do we reserve the Photo Booth?
We can reserve your date with a $150 deposit. The remaining balance is not due until the day before your event.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit cards, or cash/check. Credit card payments can be done via website or phone.
How does the Photo Booth provide a marketing opportunity for business and events?
Each photo strip is customized to meet your needs. If a sponsor wants to be located on the strips, that can be done easily.
Our venue is large, how do we make sure our guests know about the Photo Booth?
We will have signs and lights directing guests to the booth and we work with the DJ at the venue to send guests to the booth.
How far in advance should I reserve a booth?
Our reservations are first-come first-serve so reserve it as soon as you can! We have reservations 18 months from now and we also get calls a week prior to the event.
Can I choose a background color?
Yes. The background can be customized to whatever you want. We also have green-screen technology to customize it even further.
Do we sub-contract out to other Photo Booth Companies?
No! Many DJs have their “own photo booths” but they are usually just sub contracting it out to another company. We do all of our own gigs.
Can the photo booth be setup outside?
The enclosed booths can be set up outside. The open-style booths are not typically set up outside, but it is a possibility depending on the location.
Do you charge extra to setup the photo booth?
No. Delivery, setup, and tear down is included in all prices!
Is the photo booth wheelchair accessible?
Our open-style booths are handicap accessible.
Can we have the photo booth shut down for an hour or two during the event?
Yes. Any idle time is billed at $50/hour though.
Can we rent more than one photo booth for our event?
Sure! And discounts are available for more than one booth.
What does the person do once they are inside the photo booth?
Once you have picked out your props, get in the booth and follow the touch-screen instructions. The strips are printed automatically.
How long should I rent the photo booth for?
Depends on the event, but most weddings do 4-5 hour rentals.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We are fully insured.
Are the props child friendly?
Yes. Most of the props are signs, boas, mustaches, glasses, etc.
Can we supply our own props?
Sure. If your event has a special theme and you would like to bring in your own props, that’s fine!
Will you publish our photos on the internet?
The photos will be saved on a flash drive which can be purchased as well. You can do what you like with the photos.
I live outside your regularly serviced area. Can we rent a photo booth from Oh Snap! Photobooth KC?
We will go as far as you want us to go! We’ve done events as far as 2 hours away. There is a surcharge for mileage over our 30-mile radius.
